High silicon silicon content of 2.8~4.8%, it is good magnetic, but more brittle, mainly used in the manufacture of transformer core, commonly known as transformer silicon steel sheet, commonly used in high silicon manufacturing large motor.

Oriented silicon steel, also known as cold-rolled transformer steel, is an important ferrosilicon alloy used in transformer (core) manufacturing industry. The most widely used oriented silicon steel is supplied in the form of a coil, and its surface is coated with an insulating layer to generate tensile stress in the base steel strip, thus further reducing the iron loss value.

High magnetic induction and low iron loss cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheet is an urgent product in power industry. The higher the magnetism of the silicon steel sheet, the electrical appliances manufactured are: less power loss, small size, light weight, long service life, and less cooling oil for the manufactured transformer.

Grain-oriented silicon steel strip, also known as cold-rolled silicon steel strip for telecommunications, is used in the manufacture of various power transformers, pulse transformers, magnetic amplifiers, converters and other cores with a working frequency of 400Hz or more.

Non oriented silicon steel is used in rotating equipment such as motors, which are divided into iron cores and rotors. In order to be easily magnetized during the rotation process, electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy. Therefore, it is required that every angle during the rotation process be easily magnetized, so uniform grain orientation distribution is required in non oriented silicon steel.

We produce cold rolled grain oriented sheet (CRGO), also known as transformer sheet. They are made of 3% silicon steel. There are four grades of CRGO sheet: 0.23mm (M3), 0.27mm (M4), 0.30mm (M5), 0.35mm (M6).
